Initially agreed a rate, after which he increased before starting job as he under quoted, (not good practise), throughout the job he kept increasing based on, not included in initial quote. Work is rushed, job included sanding filling caulking, Architraves/skirting weren’t filled, gaps every where. Patches on the wall, some walls skirting paint on the walls and vice versa. On the last day I pointed out his flaws and rectification would take another day, as he had to fill skirting/AT which should be first thing to do he before painting, however he ran around the house to try to sort out leaving a very bad look Overall the quote was for a professional finish, and the job was not. Would be okay for a £50 a day job! And after I paid him, he said the money was short!! he still has work left, and no communication from him. And yeah one very expensive Tin of paint also went missing, Would not recommend, stay away and stay safe Do not use!!
