Is this place closing down or what? Used to love coming here for my fish and to let the kids look at the animals,went last week and the pet floor was mainly food and accessories, hardly any animals and the aquarium section was messy with whole sections of dead aquatic plants just sat there,a lot of the tanks looked dirty and the shelves empty.The poor lad on the pet counter looked like he couldve cried. What a shame,hope they can turn it around.

Staff helpful with selecting fish tank. Very patient when advising on set up and operating it. Evidence of knowledge on the product. Didn't feel rushed.

Bought my tank and two lots off tropical fish. Very very helpful. I'm fully clued up on tropical but I learn everyone. Good fish as well.

Place is filthy. Animals are in dirty cages with no food. Im actually speechless. Rabbits in cages with no hay. Rabbits look to be underweight and in cages to small. Place needs closing down.

In response to your comment: I did ask your employee why the cage was dirty and his response was that they shouldnt be, as they were cleaned on friday; thats 2 days ago. There was no hey in the cages and when i asked your employee why, his response was that they get a bit in the morning and at night. Absolutley disgraceful. Do you not know they need a constent supply of hay? These words came from your employees mouth so I did ask, as you suggested. So who is the liar here? The rabbits on display were not all dwarf rabbits either, do you even know your own animals? The food bowl in one of the cages was completly empty. So no hey or food, that is acceptable is it? By whos standards? I have no interest in having a slanging match with you. I commented because i am generally concerned about the animals welfare. I can tell by how rude and aggressive you are that you're not one to address serious concerns, you would rather slander then address any issues.

Super helpful.. Great selection and more importantly everything looks healthy and well maintained. Bought a nano reef tank which they came and set up.. Won't be long before it is ready for critters.
