To put it simply however, management here is non existent (literally the renault branch has had no manbager for 5months now), staff arent trained and have no clue about filling out paperwork etc and the organisation a a whole will do anything they can to get out of meeting you needs......AS PROMISED.

If i could give this dealership 0 stars i would. Wow, i have never come across customer service as bad in my life. To go into the full details of what has happened would take me exactly 4months (thats how long this circus has had me on a merry-go-round).

Easy on line service booking system. During the service there was an problem that meant the service could not go ahead. However arrangements were made immediately to reappoint and collect my car saving me a return journey.
